இயல்புளிக் கோலோச்சு மன்னவ னாட்ட
பெயலும் விளையுளுந் தொக்கு.

குறள் விளக்கம்  

 

 

மு.வ : நீதி முறைப்படி செங்கோல் செலுத்தும் அரசனுடைய நாட்டில் பருவ மழையும் நிறைந்த விளைவும் ஒருசேர ஏற்படுவனவாகும்.

சாலமன் பாப்பையா : அரச நீதிநூல்கள் கூறியபடி, நேர்மையாக ஆளும் ஆட்சியாளரிடம் பருவமழையும், குறையாத விளைச்சலும் சேர்ந்தே இருக்கும்.
